Within the farm is a development consisting of 50 full title, one hectare stands (starting from 1.0220 hectares escalating up to 1.3135 hectares)

Of these 50 stands, 30 are sold, and a number of upmarket houses have already been built, according to the Rules, Contractors Agreement & Security Guidelines, Architectural Language and Building Procedures. A well established and healthy Homeowners Association is already in place. The existing farmstead is situated on one of the stands (Stand no 82). The entire farm is fenced with a 2.4m high game fencing. The rest of the farm is typical natural bushveld vegetation (mountains and valleys) used purely for game.
